A 250-sheet cassette holds plain paper, a 100-sheet rear tray holds photo paper or card, and neither has to come out when you switch — which for anyone who prints both is a small daily annoyance permanently removed.

The interface is the obvious weak point. A 1.35-inch monochrome OLED on a four-hundred-dollar printer means nearly everything happens in an app, and owners comparing it with Epson's touchscreen models notice. The other regular gap is the absent document feeder, which is what the G7020 adds.

Why is there no cost per page for it here?

G6020 or G7020?

The G7020 adds a 35-sheet document feeder and a fax modem for about fifty dollars. Everything else — the two trays, the duplexer, the Ethernet, the speed, the ink — is identical. Owners who scan multi-page documents say the feeder is worth it; owners who mostly print say it is not.
