If your paperwork arrives printed on both sides, that turns a two-pass, re-stack, hope-the-order-held routine into a single button. The rest is shared: the same 936e cartridge family, the same 250-sheet cassette, fax, Ethernet, duplex printing and touchscreen, and the same HP+ enrolment with its Original-HP-supplies-for-life condition. At roughly 3.8 cents a mono page it remains an expensive printer to feed compared with any tank machine in this catalogue, and the honest framing is that you are buying speed and a duplex scanner, not economy.
